What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect your name, business email, shop name if provided, and mobile number. We record whether you ticked the text consent box. We also record your IP address, browser user agent, page URL, and submission time.

How we use it

Devon calls you back at the number you entered, then sends you the demo. We use your details to handle that request and keep a record of your consent choice. We only send demo texts and follow-ups about it if you ticked the text consent box.

Texts and opting out

Texting is not switched on yet. Once it starts, demo texts will come from Morrell Automation's business texting number if you opted in.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage and email routing. We also use the mailbox Devon sends demo emails from after your callback. Once texting starts, we will use an SMS platform.

Retention

We keep form submissions and consent records for up to five years from the date you submit the form, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by emailing devon@morrellautomation.com; we keep only the record of an opt-out so we can honor it.
